• Understand business strategy; closely collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions.
• Responsible for HR functions in Europe, with extensive engagement across the entire staff lifecycle by implementing initiatives in all HR aspects: payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, outsource staff management, etc.
• Build the fundamental HR infrastructure, framework, and create standardized HR policies and procedures to support the business unit’s growth.
• Work closely with HQ in China on daily HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related majors.
• 2-5 years of HR experience across all HR functions, with a strong preference for payroll expertise.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Swedish or Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
