• Schedule and coordinate transportation services, ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
• Select the most appropriate transportation methods based on timing, cost, and product needs.
• Liaise with carriers, warehouse staff, supply chain partners, and customers to facilitate smooth transportation processes.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding transportation plans and any potential changes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with logistics service providers.
• Monitor shipments in transit and ensure adherence to scheduled delivery times.
• Track and report on transportation performance metrics.
• Manage and file transportation documentation, including bills of shipping orders, and freight invoices.
• Review and approve transportation invoices for payment and resolve discrepancies.
• Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Supply Chain Management or other related majors.
• 0-1 year working experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Able to communicate and work in Chinese, English, Dutch is preferred.
• Good communication ability, fast learner and can work under pressure.
